Faztek is hiring a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing and assembly operations in a fast-paced production environment. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable individuals looking to grow their skills in manufacturing. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools safely Assist with assembly and production tasks Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met Support warehouse functions including material handling and staging Follow all safety procedures and work as part of a team to meet production goals Qualifications Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (training provided) Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand or power tools a plus Forklift experience/certification preferred Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and safety

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
