Production Associate

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the assembly, processing, and packaging of products within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Assist in the setup and breakdown of assembly lines to optimize workflow and productivity. Conduct quality checks on products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Support inventory management by accurately recording materials used and replenishing supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members on the factory floor to meet production targets efficiently. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment or tools and escalate problems when necessary. Skills Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment. Mechanical knowledge related to assembly line operations and equipment maintenance. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly across departments. Basic familiarity with using mechanical tools and troubleshooting equipment issues.
