• 1st Shift We are hiring a Manufacturing Associate to support production operations for leading manufacturing facility in the Indianapolis area.

This is a full-time, 1st shift opportunity with strong growth potential in a hands-on environment.

Shift:

1st Shift 7am

• 3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Assemble components using hand and power tools Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery Perform quality checks using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.) Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with material handling, staging, and general production support

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read blueprints or mechanical diagrams is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic If you are looking to grow your career in manufacturing with a stable and reputable company, apply today.
