Operations Technician

Your Daily Responsibilities Execute production duties including masking, blasting, coating, plating, and chamber operations by strictly adhering to established standard operating procedures and instructions. Help maintain high quality standards by visually examining components throughout the production cycle to detect and address any signs of damage, contamination, or defects. Safely manage the loading and unloading of client hardware using specialized tools to ensure the integrity of materials is preserved. Ensure a productive workspace by performing routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment while promptly notifying management of any mechanical concerns. Contribute to accurate record-keeping by documenting production data and job routers, ensuring that any process deviations are reported through the correct channels. Assist in meeting fluctuating production demands by taking on various departmental tasks and projects as business priorities evolve. Your Qualifications Completion of a GED or high school diploma is mandatory. Demonstrated capacity to adhere to technical procedures, safety protocols, and detailed work instructions. Flexibility to support production schedules, which may include working weekends, holidays, overtime, or varying shifts.
