Bilingual Production Line Lead (Cold Room)

Shift:

1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•11:30

PM Pay:

$21•23/hour (based on experience)

Location:

Plainfield, IN Position Overview The Bilingual Line Lead will support daily operations within a temperature-controlled production environment. This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring quality and food safety standards, and keeping production running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Lead and support production staff in daily operations within the Protein Processing Center (PPC) Train team members and fill in for various roles as needed Coordinate daily tasks with supervisors to meet production goals Operate equipment such as labelers, scales, thermoformers, wrappers, conveyors, and pallet dumpers Ensure safe, efficient, and sanitary repackaging of temperature-controlled products Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records Oversee cleaning and sanitation of work areas and equipment Monitor production processes, documentation, and compliance standards Track team attendance and support overall team performance Conduct pre-operational duties, including ATP testing and micro swabbing Assist with warehouse tasks such as receiving, put-away, replenishment, and order fulfillment Operate PIT equipment safely (forklift certification preferred) Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations (GFB, Feeding America, USDA, OSHA, etc.) Participate in HACCP processes to maintain food safety standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred Experience in food production or warehouse operations required Skills & Abilities Strong communication and leadership skills Basic math skills and accurate record-keeping Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred How to Apply Apply today or visit our Plainfield office MS-IL Staffing & Packaging 2685 E Main St, Suite 103, Plainfield, IN 46168 317-329-6800 Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM•4:00
