Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment on the assembly line, ensuring efficiency and safety standards are met. Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Assist with the loading, unloading, and movement of materials using forklifts and other warehouse equipment. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards. Follow detailed work instructions and quality control procedures to meet production specifications. Support warehouse organization by properly storing materials and maintaining a clean workspace. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing processes. Skills Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge that enables troubleshooting and basic repairs of equipment. Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively. Familiarity with assembly line procedures and manufacturing best practices. Warehouse experience including material handling, inventory management, or logistics is a plus. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining focus on quality standards.
