Job Description

SUMMARY Properly filling containers with product to create quality finished goods.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following:
  • Knowledgeable of filling machine and procedures on the production lines
  • Fill bottles accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuous work flow
  • Scale check bottles during filling process and adjusts weight accordingly
  • Perform change overs
  • Follow all cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • Perform quality checks as work is being performed
  • Make line/machine adjustments as needed
  • Check product accuracy - product code, expiration date
  • Help maintain lot number control
  • All other duties as assigned
  • This position is responsible for following all documented cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), Work Instructions, and Policies designed to support the development, implementation, and control of the
ISO 22716
2007 standard.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay:
$20.20 - $26.73 per hour
