• 7:00 AM, overtime as needed Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm The Job Center is hiring Strip Pack associates for Roche Diagnostics in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Summary Support production and strip pack/assembly line operations Ensure product quality and compliance with safety standards Monitor production processes and assist in troubleshooting Maintain accurate production records and documentation Collaborate with teams to improve efficiency and workflow Pay & Benefits $22.23 per hour Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Work & Win Program eligibility (chance to have rent/mortgage paid for a year) Responsibilities Operate and support strip pack/production line processes Inspect products for quality and compliance standards Document production data accurately Assist in identifying and resolving production issues Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Maintain clean and organized work areas Qualifications 0-5 years of experience Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Knowledge of industry best practices Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions Must be reliable and detail-oriented Preferred / Optional Experience Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred Experience in a regulated production environment is a plus Work Environment & Requirements Fast-paced manufacturing environment Strict adherence to safety and quality standards Standing and repetitive tasks required throughout shift Must be comfortable working in a regulated facility
