Production Specialist - Weekend Shift Edge Industrial Staffing is Hiring Edge Industrial Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Specialists to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to work in a fast-paced production environment with a company focused on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently. Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure quality standards are met. Perform quality inspections and identify production issues as they arise. Meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support operational success. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable attendance and commitment to the weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday). Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. From $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): This is a weekend shift position (Friday-Sunday). The exact schedule has not yet been finalized and could be either 5:00 AM-5:00 PM, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, or 7:00 AM-7:00 PM. Would you be flexible with any of these schedule options? This position requires training on first shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Are you able to meet this requirement?
