Currently seeking Packing Associates for Delaco Kasle Processing Indiana. Within the first 90 days, new hires are cross-trained and have opportunities to move into roles outside of Packaging, such as Press Line Operator, Stacker Operator, or Inspector. Crew:

• 16.50 an hour starting rate Monday-Thursday, 6:00am - 4:00pm Overtime may be scheduled as either Super Sundays or extended weekday shifts until 6:00 PM . B•

Crew Schedule:

• 17.50 an hour starting rate Tuesday-Friday, 6:00pm - 4:00am Overtime may be scheduled as either Super Saturdays or extended weekday shifts until 6:00 AM . C•

Crew Schedule:

• 18.00 an hour starting rate Fridays & Saturdays 6:00am - 4:00pm (OT runs until 6:00pm. No supers.) Sundays & Mondays 6:00pm-4:00am (OT runs until 6:00am. No supers.)

Role:

Understand and follow safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance in all areas of safety. Comprehend all related work instructions and SOP manuals. Pack final product and validate quality of all product meets customer requirements according to instructions, check sheets and SOP manuals. Perform labor duties associated with the preparation and storage of materials and products. Maintain a clean, organized and safe work space and report any unsafe working conditions to Production Supervisor. Assist Press Line Operators as needed. Other duties as needed. What does it take to be a team member at DKPI? Below are the minimum qualifications for packing associates. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. Basic written and verbal communication skills and basic knowledge of arithmetic. Self-motivated, self-directed and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively. Ability to repeatedly lift heavy objects, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Flexible with working overtime as needed. Must adhere to all company policies, including attendance. Must be able read and understand English.

Schedule:
