Job Description

Through the ingenuity of our people and cutting-edge advanced manufacturing techniques, we deliver these products at a quality and efficiency that ensure customer success We are seeking team-oriented candidates to perform a wide variety of production duties including, but not limited to operating industrial trucks and cranes to move metal and other materials throughout the plant; measuring dimensions of metal in fractions and decimals using steel tape, micrometers, and other measuring devices, cut samples, setting up and operating production equipment; inspecting metal and materials, utilizing computer terminals to record metal flow and data through our process. You will be required to work evenings, nights, holidays, and overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows all safety procedures and instructions. Operates one or more pieces of equipment in a safe and efficient manner to produce quality products while keeping pace. Perform quality checks; visually inspect product for defects. Completes required paperwork. Duties required may include tasks that are safety sensitive. You will be required to work evenings, nights, holidays, and overtime. Other Job Duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
Basic Qualifications Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology. Some High School Be willing to work a fixed or rotating 24X7 work schedule (8- or 12-hour shifts). You may be required to work evenings, nights, holidays, and overtime. Satisfactorily pass a comprehensive skills test. Pass a physical examination, drug screen test and background check. Preferred Qualifications Two (2) years of work in an industrial setting. Equivalent military experience is also accepted. A combination of work experience and post high school education. Aluminum product knowledge and/or experience with door and storefront fabrication Self-motivated, focused on detail, people and service oriented, and possess good communication skills. Experience with machine-based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines. Ability to utilize hand and power tools; ability to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals.
