  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator specializing in Laser Engraving, UV Mimaki Printing, Sublimation, and Vinyl Graphics Installation.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming creative concepts into high-quality products like plaques, awards, custom engraved drink wear, office supplies, vinyl signage, and more. Your expertise will ensure precision, efficiency, and excellence throughout the manufacturing process, contributing to the creation of visually stunning graphics and signage. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technologies and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Operate and maintain engraving machines, UV printers, sublimation equipment, and vinyl graphics installation tools to produce high-quality signage and displays Set up machines according to project specifications, including adjusting parameters for color management and print quality Perform prepress tasks such as layout design, typography adjustments, and color calibration using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software Conduct quality control checks throughout production to ensure color accuracy, sharpness, and adherence to client specifications Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime Collaborate with the design team to interpret project requirements and optimize production workflows Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols in manufacturing settings Requirements Proven experience with engraving, UV printing, vinyl decal installation, or similar manufacturing processes Strong knowledge of prepress procedures, color management techniques, and layout design principles Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Familiarity with print advertising standards and typography best practices Experience with quality control processes to ensure consistent output standards Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of safety and quality Join us in creating eye-catching visuals that make an impact!
