Job Description

Job Title:
Production Laborer Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Laborer in our manufacturing facility, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process. In this role, you will be responsible for staging, prepping, and offloading finished products, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the production floor and machinery. Responsibilities Start assembly and production machinery at the beginning of the shift. Maintain a clean and debris-free production area. Move materials to production areas as needed. Ensure production deadlines are consistently met. Complete daily production tasks as required. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation, palletizing, or production line work. High School Diploma or GED. Ability to stand for long periods during shifts. Capability to lift up to 55 lbs. Proficiency in bending, lifting, squatting, pushing, and pulling. Willingness to be trained in sit-down forklift operation. Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, forklift use, production environments, packaging, loading and unloading, general labor, and shipping and receiving. Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift experience is preferred. Why Work Here? Personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses and gloves, is required in certain areas. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
