Position:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Laborer to join our team on 1st s hift . This is an entry-level position within our production department — no blending experience required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure your success and growth within our company.

Training Schedule:

Orientation & Onboarding:

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday-Friday (approximately 4 days)

On-the-Floor Training:

Conducted on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) for approximately 30 days After successful completion of training and assessment, the employee will move to 1st shift 8 hrs., 7a-3:30p 1st shift follows a rotating schedule and includes working every other weekend

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and stacking materials Maintain a clean and organized work area Support team members and supervisors with production needs Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or construction preferred Stable work history with at least 1 year of tenure in most previous roles Physically capable of: Lifting up to 50 lbs Climbing stairs (three flights) multiple times per shift Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
