About Us Calorflex North America Inc. is the U.S. branch of the Calorflex Group, an international manufacturer of electric heating elements for HVAC, commercial refrigeration, industrial refrigeration, and foodservice equipment. Based in Muncie, Indiana, we combine local assembly and distribution with the support of a global manufacturing organization operating across three continents. As our U.S. operations continue to expand, we are building a new production line focused on custom electric heating solutions and are looking for motivated team members to grow with us. Position Overview We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support our assembly line operations in Muncie, Indiana. This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on assembling custom electric heating elements using standardized processes and materials. The position requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented production environment. No advanced manufacturing experience is required. We are primarily looking for dependable individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity within a growing U.S. operation. Key Responsibilities Assemble custom heating products using pre-defined materials and production procedures Perform repetitive assembly tasks including wire placement, material positioning, cutting, crimping, and insulation Follow standardized work instructions and quality procedures Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks Maintain organized and clean workstations Support packaging, labeling, and material handling activities as needed Assist warehouse and shipping operations during high-volume periods Essential skill Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and repeat standardized processes consistently Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a team environment Ability to stand for extended periods of time Preferred but not required: Previous manufacturing or assembly experience Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience Familiarity with basic hand tools Physical Requirements Ability to stand for most of the workday Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly and heavier materials occasionally when needed Work Environment Light industrial manufacturing environment Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Full-time position Small team environment with direct exposure to leadership Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $18/hour (based on experience) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance contribution provided by the company Overtime opportunities available based on production needs Training provided Growth Opportunity This position offers long-term growth potential as our U.S. manufacturing operations continue to expand. Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
