Production Associate

Job Title:

Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate is responsible for loading finished goods into boxes for packaging, palletizing, and staging finished goods weighing up to 50 lbs for shipment. You will also load the production line with empty cartons to be filled by the filling machines, ensure the quality of labeling and placement, and assist in receiving raw materials. Responsibilities Load finished goods into boxes for packaging Palletize and stage finished goods weighing up to 50 lbs for shipment Load production line with empty cartons to be filled by filling machines Ensure quality of labeling and placement Assist in receiving raw materials Essential Skills 1+ year of experience in manufacturing 1+ year of experience in packaging, palletizing, machine operating, or factory labor Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently General production skills Additional Skills & Qualifications Forklift operation is a plus Material handling skills are a plus Mechanical inclination is a plus Experience with machine operating is a plus Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, IN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
