Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable General Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily production operations within a fast-paced factory environment. Your primary focus will be on assembling products, operating various tools and equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with hand and power tools, and familiarity with warehouse or factory settings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production workflows while developing valuable skills in manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to ensure precise construction and adherence to specifications. Support the setup and maintenance of assembly lines to optimize productivity and workflow. Conduct quality inspections during production runs to identify defects or inconsistencies and report issues promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including warehouses and production zones, to promote safety and efficiency. Utilize warehouse experience to manage inventory levels, stock materials, and ensure proper storage practices. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling machinery, tools, and materials to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience with assembly lines enhances performance in this role. Experience working with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical tasks is beneficial. Warehouse experience related to inventory management or material handling is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in a team environment within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
