As a Production Worker here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting the Integrated Supply Chain operations by performing essential production tasks that contribute to the efficient flow of materials and products through the supply chain. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Supervisor and you'll work out of our South Bend, IN location with an on On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall supply chain effectiveness by ensuring timely and accurate execution of production activities that support inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform production tasks including assembly, packaging, and material handling to support supply chain operations. Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Procurement, and Manufacturing to support smooth workflow and resolve issues. Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain production environment. Knowledge of production processes and inventory control practices to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ability to use production tools and equipment safely and effectively. Familiarity with basic data entry and record-keeping systems relevant to production operations.

Previous experience in integrated supply chain or manufacturing operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in production settings.
