Role:
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in manufacturing high‑quality architectural cast stone. This fast‑paced position involves operating tools and equipment, following production processes, and helping maintain a clean and efficient workspace. No experience in cast stone is required— we provide full training.
What You'll Do:
Operate manufacturing equipment to produce cast stone components. Follow the dry‑tamp process to compact material into molds. Inspect, clean, and prepare molds between cycles. Maintain tools and keep your workstation clean and organized. Follow production quotas to meet daily output requirements. Complete daily production paperwork accurately. Assist with end‑of‑shift cleaning duties. Practice safe lifting and follow all safety rules. Maintain reliable attendance and a team‑focused attitude.
What We're Looking For:
Ability to perform fast‑paced physical work. Familiarity with hand tools or construction equipment (preferred). Strong attention to detail and quality. Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Valid driver's license required.
