Production Associate

Our client is currently seeking or in need of a Production Associate - General Laborer in Whiteland, Indiana . The role supports essential daily operations through hands-on production tasks, quality checks, and packaging activities while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. The Day-to-Day:

Perform manual assembly and kitting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Conduct quality control checks and visual inspections to ensure products meet standards Operate production equipment and feed materials as needed throughout the shift Follow food safety requirements and maintain compliance with workplace sanitation procedures Sort materials and finished products for proper handling and distribution Stack, organize, and palletize items for storage or shipment Keep work areas clean, orderly, and aligned with company standards Support production demands as workflow needs shift throughout the day

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment is a plus Ability to repeatedly lift, push, and pull objects weighing 35 to 50 pounds Ability to stand and walk for the full duration of an 8-hour shift Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and commitment to maintaining a sterile, allergen-controlled environment Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction, for accurate kitting and inventory counts Flexibility to work production shifts as business demands increase or decrease Ability to work in environments that may be noisy or have changing temperatures

Pay Rate:

$14.00 to $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
