Shifts available include 1st Shift, 2nd Shift and 3rd Shift. (2nd and 3rd shift have a pay differential) We are a custom screen-printer that partners with our customers to grow their brands by providing high quality products and custom solutions. When our customer's products are on our line, we put our reputation right beside it. THE ROLE

This position will perform various duties and tasks associated with facility/maintenance, packaging, production, or warehouse.

THE ESSENTIALS

High school degree or GED is required. Must be at least 17 years of age. Knowledge of basic mathematics required. Ability to understand basic written and oral instructions. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Ability to work independently and be highly motivated. Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail. Ability to exhibit strong interpersonal communication skills and establish and maintain effective working relationships. Regular and reliable attendance combined with being dependable and prompt.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Level 2: Light Work Ability to occasionally exert up to 20 pounds of force and frequently exert up to 10 pounds of force. Ability to occasionally lift, lower, carry push or pull (force exerted) up to 20 pounds. Ability to perform physical activities that require occasional walking, sitting, change of position, reaching (extended hands/arms), reach across mid-line, handling (hold, grasp, seize, turn), fingering (pinch/pick), feeling (perceive attributes of objects), crouching/ squatting (bend legs/spine), crawling, balancing, stooping (bend at waist), kneeling, stairs, ramp, ladder, arm/hand, leg/foot, simple grasp (grasp lightly), firm grasp (use pressure/force) and fine manipulation. Ability to perform physical activities that require frequent standing. Ability to adjust stacks of product using pushing and/or pulling forces.
