Full Job Description Description:
Circuit Spring is a small printed circuit board (PCB) assembly company focused on quality, precision, and reliable production. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. Work Schedule Normal working hours are typically preferred at 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday; unless otherwise discussed and/or established by the manager or seasonal schedule changes. From time to time additional hours may be required, as needed. This position is expected to work from the office.
Requirements:
Responsibilities Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components Perform hand assembly and basic mechanical assembly tasks Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and organized work area Support production and packaging as needed Qualifications Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required Soldering experience preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable attendance and positive attitude Electronics or PCB experience is a plus What We Offer Small team environment Steady work with hands-on projects Opportunity to grow skills in electronics manufacturing Benefits PTO, paid holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k (Traditional and Roth), Company paid life insurance, LTD.
