Job Description

Join Park Aerospace as part of our 2nd Shift Production team, where you'll help produce high‑quality composite materials used in advanced aerospace applications. This hands‑on role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining equipment while ensuring products meet strict customer specifications. 1st
Shift :
Monday through Thursday 5am to 5pm. Overtime occasionally required. What You'll Do Set up and operate Hot Melt Machines (Film Line/Tape Line) to apply resin to composite fabrics according to customer specifications. Monitor in‑process material for defects and quality issues, ensuring standards are consistently met. Handle materials safely and accurately , including labeling, packaging, storing finished prepreg in freezers, and disposing of chemicals or waste properly. Perform routine cleaning and inspections on Hot Melt equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area. Assist Slitter Operators when needed and support additional production tasks as assigned. What You'll Need Ability to follow detailed written instructions and use basic math. Accurate computer data entry skills. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with equipment and materials. $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
