Production Ticketing Team Member

About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Ticketing team member. This role plays a key part in ticketing and organizing orders. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple pieces. The ideal candidate is proactive, team-oriented, and takes pride in noticing the details. While this is not a customer-facing role, an assisted assembly candidate will help ensure a great product is presented to our clients by ensuring quality. This position requires team members to be on their feet the entire shift and carry up to 50lbs. This role requires in person work at our central facility located at 1951 N. Ohio Ave. Start time is at 10am. This position works until the work is done. Average workday ends at 3pm. What's In It For You?

• Ticket Orders with Diligence o Match up clean household items with their coordinating barcode o Match up clean clothing items with their coordinating barcode o Help manually bag items as needed o Ensure correct discounts are applied to orders
• Research items to ensure they are returned to the correct client
• Bag and assemble patio cushions
• Ensure all household items are completed each day and ready for drivers to deliver
• Closing the facility using a daily checklist
