Job Description

Now Hiring Press Operator Location:
Berea, KY Pay Rate:
$16.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM | Mandatory OT as needed Built to Run. Paid to Operate. No fluff, no fancy talk — just steady work for a steady hand. This Press Operator job comes with weekly pay, benefits, and a team that's got your back! To Crush This Job GED or diploma required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Minimum 6 months related experience (manufacturing, press operation, production) Must wear steel-toe safety shoes at all times Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic understanding of machine safety procedures Your Role on the Floor Operate a press machine to stamp and form metal parts Hand-load metal blanks onto the press for processing Feed and guide steel through the press to ensure proper stamping Work collaboratively with a partner to operate press controls (button operation) Remove finished parts from the press after forming Place completed parts into designated bins/containers Perform continuous repetitive production tasks throughout the shift Complete extensive production paperwork accurately and on time Follow all safety and quality procedures during operation Your Rewards, No BS.
