A production operator's job involves operating different tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes. It focuses on making sure every part of the manufacturing process is functioning effectively and ensuring the business meets its production goals and timelines. A great production operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Pay Range:

$16-20/hr

Available Shifts:

Weekday Shift, Monday

• Friday, 6:00am to 4:30pm Weekday Shift, Monday
• Thursday + OT F/S, 7:00pm
• 5:30am Weekend Shift, Friday
• Sunday, 6am-6p Weekend Night Shift, Fri-Sun, 6p-6am
• Temp to Perm with PTO, Benefits and Pay Increase

Duties:

Ability to run a machine. Ability to measure products and count. Must be able to lift at least 50-70 pounds throughout your shift Repetitive motion in all departments. Standing 10+ hours a day (sometimes standing in one spot for 10+ hrs.). Bending, twisting, stooping, pulling and reaching above head.

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent desired, but not mandatory. Don't let a lack of a diploma or GED stop you from applying! candidates will be subject to drug testing as per client requirements
