Production Associate

Nesco Resource is currently hiring for manufacturing positions in the Elizabethtown area. 12 Hour Shifts (Day/Night Shifts Available) The training schedule will be Tuesday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After the four-day training is completed, employees will transition to their assigned shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, following standardized work instructions and safe practices. Operate molding presses, clear jams, restart automation, and adjust/change films as needed. Inspect and trim parts for quality defects, ensuring they meet customer specifications. Count, organize, and package parts, complete shift paperwork. Communicate production issues and defects to Lead, Technician, and/or Supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and work effectively as part of a team. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions and Physical Demands:
