Job Description

About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by designing, refining, and optimizing complex production workflows. You will leverage data-driven insights to enhance system efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure high-quality output across our material handling and coating operations. Responsibilities Lead continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality and streamline manufacturing throughput. Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges within coating and production systems to maintain peak operational performance. Develop and maintain comprehensive PowerBI dashboards to track key performance indicators, including equipment uptime and downtime metrics. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality assurance, and commercial teams to align process improvements with business objectives. Analyze and optimize material handling workflows to reduce waste and improve inventory management accuracy. Manage end-to-end process development projects, from initial design through to full-scale implementation. Qualifications Required Skills 5+ years of professional experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex industrial production and coating processes. Demonstrated success in improving material handling or production planning systems. Advanced proficiency in creating data visualizations and reports using PowerBI. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field. Experience leading lean manufacturing or Six Sigma projects. Strong background in data analysis and statistical process control.
