Job Title:

Sewing Machine Operator Pay $15 per hour (Weekly Pay) Shift - 6AM- 3:30PM Job Description The Sewing Machine Operator assembles tailored garments and uniform apparel using high-speed industrial sewing equipment and performs manual tasks involved in the final finishing of garments. This role focuses on precision, quality, and productivity within a unionized manufacturing environment that produces high-quality, custom-fit apparel for military, law enforcement, emergency services, and other government and federal customers. The position operates under a piece-rate compensation system tied to individual productivity and includes ongoing training and skill development. Responsibilities Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines Sew, fit, and alter garments to specifications Ensure stitching accuracy and quality standards Read work orders, patterns, and technical packs Monitor productivity and meet production goals Perform basic machine maintenance Maintain a clean, safe work area and inspect finished work Why Work Here?
