Rogers Group Asphalt Operations - Rogers Group - WKY Full Time Pay starting at $22.00/hr. for entry level candidates. Pay will be based on experience and skill set. Rogers Group Inc. is seeking a General Utility Worker that will float between our asphalt plants located in Canton, Henderson, Marion, and Hopkinsville . The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to: General plant/mine labor and clean-up of production areas, including shoveling stone from around conveyors and assist with plant clean up and operations Being trained in various other entry level production positions and fill in as needed during vacations, absences and increased production demand times Report equipment problems and identify them to management. Light maintenance work and maintain the belt lines Complete equipment pre-shift report - if applicable Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
