$15 / Hour 4am-4pm OR 4pm-4am (Weekdays & Weekends) Weekly Pay Full-Time | Temp-to-hire Duties for Quality Production | Seasoning/ Mix Specialist position: Operates HMI's (computer panel controls) to regulate and control bulk ingredients and pumping flows Weighs ingredients for mixing process Records all information as required Rolls or pushes ingredient drums and pallets to weigh and prepare for each batch according to schedule and specifications Reads scales and performs arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately Maintains standard production quantities/rates for each product Cleans and rinses equipment according to specified procedures Monitors equipment to detect malfunctions; makes minor adjustments/repairs; communicates mechanical problems to maintenance Mounts supplies on spindles or places supplies in hoppers or other feeding devices Coordinates information and equipment with prior and next shifts Leads and other dept Fills in for and assists other departments when necessary Regular Attendance is required in accordance with Company attendance policy and procedures Performs other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Lead and Management Complete initial/annual training to ensure the individual is properly qualified (QI) to perform all required job tasks as outlined in training programs/records Requirements and Desired Skills for Production | Seasoning/ Mix Specialist position: Ability to follow detailed instructions Make and record observations and efficiently organize work tasks and time Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to work and contribute in a team environment Previous quality assurance experience (in food manufacturing preferred) General Microsoft skills Ability to lift at least 50 lbs Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, reach and grasp Exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and non-toxic industrial waste and scrap Wear PPE equipment and follow OSHA and company guidelines Please apply today, then call or text (270) 651-7277.
