Production Team Lead 2nd shift

Production Team Lead (3rd shift) (2:00pm-10:30pm, Monday thru Friday) (Full time position) Fuel Total Systems is a Tier 1 supplier of plastic fuel tanks and metal fuel filler pipe assemblies. This position requires:

Pre - employment drug/alcohol screen; High school diploma or GED Job Duties include:

• Ability to troubleshoot plastic molding process problems with support from Production and Maintenance departments.
• Ability to train team members ensuring their success in meeting production goals with high priority to safety and quality. This includes operating equipment according to established production standards and procedures and developing kaizens throughout the process.
• Ability to motivate and lead team members by using positive coaching techniques
• Ability to record and track production data and maintain reliable record of daily production issues.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to cross train in all production areas as needed
• Willingness to meet flexible work hours as needed (example: come in early or work over in order to help cover other shifts due to absenteeism.) This would include overtime and weekends.
• Good work record and work ethics
