Shift Bilingual Production Lead Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $23.00 /hour Full Time work available Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:30pm to 03:00am) Support and guide production team members on the floor Help coordinate daily schedules, workflow, and priorities Monitor production, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards Assist with training new employees and reinforcing best practices Track production data and communicate shift updates 2nd

Shift Bilingual Production Lead Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (lead or informal leadership experience required) Strong understanding of safety and quality practices Hands-on problem solver with good communication skills Basic computer skills; SAP experience a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
