$17.50/hour 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Manufacturing Associate Requirements High school diploma or GED required Six months of manufacturing experience preferred Familiarity with quality assurance processes and basic computer skills preferred Ability to read and use a tape measure and micrometer Ability to read and understand process work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required Willingness to work overtime, alternate shifts, weekends, holidays, and shutdown periods as needed Positive attitude and strong communication skills Key Responsibilities Perform assembly operations to manufacture completed driveshafts using hand tools, fixtures, jigs, and light power equipment Verify components against customer orders and bills of material to ensure accuracy and completeness Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specifications and tolerances Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve basic mechanical or hydraulic issues during assembly Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed Follow all safety procedures and production schedules Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Perform additional duties as assigned About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associates for a leading manufacturing facility in Louisville, KY.
