About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will drive operational excellence by designing, refining, and scaling complex production workflows. You will leverage your technical expertise to enhance product quality, minimize waste, and ensure our manufacturing systems consistently meet rigorous industry standards. Responsibilities Analyze production data to uncover inefficiencies and implement strategic cost-reduction initiatives. Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing throughput and process reliability. Troubleshoot intricate coating and mechanical process challenges to maintain high-quality output. Develop comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation to standardize workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with maintenance, safety, and quality teams to elevate overall plant performance. Provide expert technical guidance and training to production staff to ensure operational consistency. Monitor key performance indicators such as coating thickness and adhesion to ensure strict compliance. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 5+ years of professional experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment. Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize large-scale manufacturing processes. Strong analytical skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues. Preferred Skills Deep understanding of metallurgical and chemical principles relevant to steel processing. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification. Experience in high-volume industrial coating environments.
