Job Description

Our client in Louisville is looking for Production Associates to join their team!
Responsibilities:
Follow standard operating procedures to produce orders. Communicate any delays or issues impacting order completion. Maintain quality standards during production. Ensure orders are accurate in quantities, placement, and garment types. Keep daily production records. Suggest process improvements and participate in efficiency evaluations. Follow preventative maintenance procedures. Prepare inventory and apply backing/topping as needed. Select the correct products, sizes, thread colors, and embroidery files. Personalize products according to order specifications. Package and ship orders.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative. Attention to detail and quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay & Schedule:
$15-17 M-F 8am to 5pm
