Machine Operator - 2nd & 3rd Shift (Overtime Available) We are currently hiring experienced Machine Operators for a fast-paced production environment. This role offers consistent hours, weekly pay, and significant overtime opportunities.

Saturday Pay:
$20/hour Average weekly earnings around $1,100 with overtime Position Overview The Machine Operator is responsible for running and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output. This position requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery in accordance with safety and efficiency standards Perform equipment setup and changeovers based on production needs Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues, including clearing equipment jams Monitor production to ensure quality standards are consistently met Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to minimize downtime Accurately complete production and quality documentation Follow detailed instructions to convert materials into finished products Gather necessary materials and supplies to support daily operations Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and productivity Qualifications Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production setting Experience with equipment setup/changeovers preferred Basic computer skills for tracking production and reporting Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and commitment to quality IND123
