Job Description
Temporary Production Associate - 1st Shift Key Responsibilities Perform assembly of products, kits, and packaging components in accordance with production requirements Package completed products following established specifications and quality guidelines Load and unload materials while safely operating basic production equipment Read, understand, and follow work instructions, procedures, and production schedules Conduct product inspections to identify defects and maintain quality standards Accurately complete production records, documentation, and tracking information Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks Skills & Qualifications Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions Basic computer, handheld scanner, or data entry skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow supervisory direction
