Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a Production Worker on the night shift, where you will be a key player in our foam and filtration composite production line. You will help manufacture fans and industrial filters in our fabrication shop. Responsibilities Operate and manage production line equipment effectively. Ensure quality control of products being produced. Assist in the assembly of components as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Essential Skills Experience in general production and assembly. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude. Punctuality and reliability are crucial. Work Environment Work in a fabrication shop with luke-warm temperature rooms. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baton Rouge, LA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
