Job Description

About Central Monument:
Central Monument is the largest monument manufacturer in the Ark-La-Tex region, designing, crafting, and installing over 1,500 custom memorials each year. We take pride in our history of excellence and our commitment to using the most advanced, up-to-date equipment in the industry to ensure our team works safely and efficiently.
The Work Environment:
No Funeral Homes:
Your work takes place in our production shop and out in the field. You will be in a shop similar to a granite countertop manufacturer. The Best Tools for the

Our facility is fully equipped with advanced CAD design software, CNC stencil cutters, automated and enclosed computer-run engraving booths, forklifts, overhead cranes, and specialized crane trucks for delivery.

You will enjoy a dynamic workday split between a modern shop environment and outdoor installation settings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
No Experience Necessary:
Because our industry is highly specialized, we do not expect you to know how to build monuments on day one. We will fully train you. We value our staff and customers, we are looking for someone that does as well. Ability to handle physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments. Must be able to read a tape measure. Experience in a hands-on trade (carpentry, concrete, fencing, countertops, framing, landscaping, etc.).
