✨Join Our Sip-Sip Hooray! (TapSpark) Family! Laser Engraving Production Specialist✨ Hey there! We're hiring a Laser Engraving Production Associate to join our growing team in Lafayette. No laser experience needed, we'll teach you everything! ❤ About Us ❤ Sip-Sip Hooray! (operated by TapSpark) designs and produces personalized drinkware, gifts, candles, and apparel that ship to customers all over the country. Our laser engraving department helps bring those products to life, and we're looking for someone excited to learn the craft and grow with us! ❤ What You'll Do ❤ As a Laser Engraving Production Specialist , you'll help create and prepare personalized products using our laser engraving equipment and production systems. Operate and monitor laser engraving machines (we'll train you) Load, position, and prepare products for engraving Check that designs are aligned, accurate, and high-quality Inspect finished items before packing Wrap and package products with care Help keep the workspace organized and the workflow moving Pitch in across other production areas as you learn new skills ❤ What We're Looking For ❤ Strong Attention to

You enjoy staying busy and working with physical products. Experience in production, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or quality control is a plus but not required. Pay:

$13.50/hour starting, with performance reviews and raises

Hours:

20-40 hours per week depending on order volume

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, day shift Peak seasons: Occasional evening or weekend hours, always with advance notice
