This individual will play a key role in optimizing workflows, developing team members, meeting production goals, and supporting the continued growth of our customization and manufacturing operations. We are looking for a proactive leader who takes ownership of challenges, collaborates effectively with their team, and drives continuous improvement through accountability, teamwork, active problem-solving, and effective decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role within a production, manufacturing, printing, or operations environment. Hands-on leadership style with the ability to actively support and guide employees on the production floor. Reliable, organized, and able to maintain accountability for team performance and production results. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement practical, effective solutions. Ability to read, understand, and manage production schedules, workflows, and job priorities. Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency. Experience in engraving, embroidery, and other print on demand machines production/manufacturing environments. Experience working in high-volume production environments with multiple concurrent jobs. Background in process improvement or efficiency optimization within a fast-paced, order-driven operation. Ability to handle warehouse environment with regular standing, walking, lifting, and material handling. Extended hours may be required during peak season. Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 30 pounds as required.
