Role Description ASI Signage is seeking a motivated Production Associate to join our fast-paced, creative team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and seeing projects come to life. The Production Associate will support the fabrication and production of custom signage and environmental graphics, assisting with a variety of equipment, materials, and production processes. Responsibilities may include operating and learning specialized equipment such as CNC routers, laser cutters, large-format printers, and other fabrication tools, as well as helping with assembly, finishing, quality control, and general production support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and no two days are exactly alike. Previous manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, printing, or production experience is helpful but not required. Success in this role comes from having a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to continuously develop new skills.
