Job Title:

Heat Treater Helper Job Description As a Heat Treater Helper, you will play a crucial role in the heat treat process of screws after they are manufactured. Your main responsibility will be to ensure bolts ranging from 12-18 inches are individually placed within a metal rack for proper coating in the heat treat furnace. This position requires physical stamina as you will be standing for a minimum of 8 hours each day. Responsibilities Place bolts individually within metal racks for the heat treat process. Transport screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building. Ensure proper coating of bolts by accurate placement in racks. Work collaboratively with heat treat operators. Essential Skills General production and racking experience. Ability to perform general labor and construction tasks. Experience in packaging and unloading. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proven attendance record from prior employers. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Agawam, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $22.50/hr.
