Full-Time We are seeking Manufacturing Associates to join a growing medical device manufacturing team in Beverly, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing. The company is willing to train individuals with strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Employees will work in a cleanroom environment assembling medical devices and components that help improve patient outcomes.
Position Overview:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for the hand assembly and production of medical devices in a regulated cleanroom environment. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work with small components, and a commitment to following quality and manufacturing procedures. Candidates with sewing machine experience, assembly experience, or strong hand-eye coordination are highly encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Perform hand assembly of medical devices and components following detailed work instructions Assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and precision instruments Operate sewing machines and perform detailed assembly work as required Work within a cleanroom environment while following gowning and contamination control procedures Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality and workmanship standards Complete production documentation, batch records, travelers, and quality forms accurately Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company procedures at all times Maintain proper material handling and product traceability Identify and report non-conforming materials or process deviations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing, assembly, sewing, textile, or production experience preferred but not required Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small parts Ability to follow written instructions and detailed procedures Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn and be trained on manufacturing processes Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production environment
