Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Line Lead to oversee and ensure the safe, timely, and efficient completion of all Line orders. This is a key leadership role on our production floor, where you will help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations on the Lines, reporting to the Operations Manager. Ensure all production orders are completed safely, accurately, and on time Coordinate with production staff to meet daily targets and resolve issues Monitor equipment, materials, and workflow to maximize efficiency Enforce company safety and quality standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment Familiarity with tray pack equipment and related processes preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Good communication skills Commitment to safety and quality Are you an experienced production team leader ready to take charge and make an impact?
