Job Description

About the Role We are an established apparel manufacturing company producing high quality workwear. Our team is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, hands-on team member to help keep our production facility running smoothly. This role is split evenly between warehouse operations and mechanical/maintenance work; ideal for someone who's comfortable both moving product and keeping equipment running. You'll play a key role in keeping our facility organized, clean, and operational day to day. What You'll Do Perform general warehouse duties: receiving, organizing, and moving materials and finished goods Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move pallets and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility at all times Perform routine mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment Troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment issues as they arise Support warehouse operations specific to an apparel manufacturing environment (e.g. fabric rolls, cut goods, finished garment handling) Collaborate with production and operations staff to keep workflows running smoothly What You Bring 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance setting Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification, paid by company) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout a shift Basic mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand tools, troubleshooting, and routine equipment repair Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Apparel or textile manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Compensation Up to $25.00/hour 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, day shift with opportunity for overtime
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
