Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Production Assistant to support daily field operations, material preparation, and project coordination. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in landscaping operations and property service support. Key Responsibilities Assist with preparing tools, materials, and equipment for daily projects Support field teams with loading, unloading, and organizing supplies Help maintain inventory and equipment organization Assist with project setup and cleanup Follow company safety standards and operational procedures Provide general support to supervisors and production teams as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous labor or operations experience is a plus but not required
