Full-Time Join an Established American Manufacturer Super Brush LLC is seeking an experienced Production Machine Operator to join our 3rd Shift manufacturing team. This position is ideal for candidates with machine operating experience who are looking for a stable overnight schedule, excellent benefits, and long-term career growth. For over 65 years, Super Brush has manufactured precision foam swabs and applicators used in medical, aerospace, electronics, automotive, and industrial markets worldwide. Responsibilities Operate multiple foam swab production machines Monitor machine performance and production quality Perform pull tests and quality inspections Maintain lot control and carton labeling accuracy Complete production logs and documentation Perform die cleanings and routine machine maintenance Make minor machine adjustments, including temperature settings Follow clean room procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Comply with all safety requirements Qualifications Manufacturing experience preferred Machine operation experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to use basic inspection gauges and measuring tools Basic computer skills preferred Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and work ethic Ability to work independently Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift up to 20 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Work at Super Brush?
