2nd Shift Manufacturing Production Operator

We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for weighing, blending, molding, grinding, and processing abrasive materials to meet production specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to safely operate a variety of manufacturing equipment.

PM Payrate:

$19-$21.50 Key Responsibilities Weigh, blend, and mix raw materials following precise work instructions Operate manufacturing equipment and maintain a safe, clean workstation Measure and inspect parts using standard tools to ensure quality specifications are met Mold, press, and kiln-fire blanks per production requirements Perform preventive maintenance on mixing, molding, and kiln equipment Log materials, time, and production data into the company ERP system Safely operate forklifts and handle materials as needed Support grading, grinding, and screening operations as assigned Qualifications Basic computer proficiency and ability to follow written instructions Experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment Ability to use measuring instruments (calipers, scales, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a team-oriented production environment
